8 OCT 2pm-9.30pm

Opening Night Gala

The exhibition will launch Mental Health Week on 8 October 2022 with an extravagant Opening Night Gala, with a “Moulin Rouge” theme. Think burlesque dancers, silk acrobatics, live painting, roving entertainment, an elephant in the room & a special acoustic set by a local super star. Freya Feasts of Featherhorn will be serving grazing platters. Tickets will launch 1 August at only $25. Come dressed in your finest ready to go wild!

9 OCT 2pm-4.30pm

All Abilities Art Appreciation Afternoon

A special quiet event our All-Abilities Arts Appreciation Afternoon will include face painting & a secret special star.
Tickets are only $25 & as with all FAIR events companion cards are accepted.

10 OCT 6pm-7.30pm

Mindfulness Workshop

Heart place will lead a mindfulness workshop on Monday 10 October.
Tickets are free.

11 OCT 5pm-8pm

Artists Talks

Our ever-popular Artists Talks returns on Tuesday 11 October; an elegant affair where the 25 artists are invited to share about their pieces and their journey to create them. Catering includes a vegetarian frittata cooked on site by local chef, Freya; paired with a wine tasting & entertainment by Cansu on the Santoor.

Tickets are $15.

Children's Art Making Workshop

This year’s Children’s Art Making Workshop will explore themes of place & connection to country. Led by Whadjuk artist, Julianne Wade, participants will be invited to contribute their dot painting on our community canvas. Tickets are only $20 dollars.

14 OCT 5pm-8.30pm

Youth Flow Workshop

Our exciting new Flow workshop, aimed at youth 12-25, will showcase a how-to workshop using poi and staff. Guests will go home with their own practice poi or staff. This alcohol free event includes entertainment by dancer with a difference, Vixen & a secret special super star musical performance. Food by Feasts of Featherhorn includes wood fired pizza. A truly wild way to TGIF! Tickets are only $25.

Closing Sundowner

The Closing Sundowner will provide a safe space for young adults and the young at heart to talk about their mental health journey in an environment that celebrates local arts and creatives. Entry is Free.
